I…am…dead…tired. I’m not sure I am actually going to be able to take all the exercise routines that Rikki is giving me. She’s uber-fit (is that a word, even?) and doesn’t have a problem jogging 3-4 miles a day or running a marathon once a year. I only wish I could do that, but so far it doesn’t look like I am anywhere close to getting there. I mean, give a girl some time to warm-up, ya know? Well anyway, I feel better a day or so after the exercise, but the evening after a workout I am feeling pretty beat. I don’t want to go on overkill, either, so I am going to make sure that I only head over there once or twice a week and take it easy the times in between. Eventually it should get easier and I will be able to gain some stamina. For now it is just a matter of working hard and hoping to see the results, which as of now are still sort of forthcoming. At least I’m still losing weight, though. I weighed myself a few minutes before I started posting here, and so far after dinner it looks like I have one more pound gone…
