The 29th: One Down...More to Follow

Another pound gone, like…28 more to go. The 51 pounds I have lost so far is really encouraging though, so I am pretty happy with where I am. I went to work out again and I used the treadmill for the first time. I was pretty sore that evening, but that’s the first time I have walked on an incline in forever besides stairs, lol. Anyway, I will keep trying to walk about 2 miles per week extra and see if that gets me anywhere. I am also going to have to go grocery shopping again soon in order to get more supplies for the diet. Mainly just fresh produce like fruits and veggies. Of all the things about this diet, I miss processes food the most. I know that is horribly sad since in the end I should be getting off of all the junk food out there, but it’s comfort food, ya know? And sometimes us females like our comfort foods.

What I am probably going to do is switch to a mainly natural food diet and try to get out to exercise hard a few times per week. I’ve made a list of all the sports I am thinking of taking up in my spare time to keep the weight off. The main ones are biking, jogging, tennis, racquet ball, and rollerblading. Between those and a healthier eating habit, the weight will stay off easier.
