Wow, what a week. I feel much better after my near killer exercise routine courtesy of Rikki. :P That’s right, I’m blaming you honey. But in general I haven’t been doing to bad with my weight loss. I weighed myself right after “dinner” and it looks like I dropped another 4 pounds or so. I am going to head out to the gym again tomorrow and see how it goes. If I go consistently, I’ll get used to the extra exercise and that’s what really counts, right? After all, with consistent exercise comes consistent weight loss, even if it’s not totally needed on this diet. My friends are calling it the super diet, which the weight loss center got a kick out of when I told this today. For now I am just going it what it is. It is simply a practical diet for a gal like me that needs to lose a bit of weight fast. Lol, and get a kick out of it, too!
So far I have one other person who is thinking about joining me on the diet, although she lives in Portland so I will have to keep her updated on the status of my weight loss. She said we could race to our goal weight, but I think I already have a headstart. Ttfn all!
