Workouts not so hot...

I actually did it. I worked out just as I said I was going to. It was painful because I really didn’t want to go, but last minute I figured I better just head out there and get the job done. So I went to the gym and hung out there for about an hour and did a complete workout (on a small scale). In general we aren’t supposed to do crazy workouts while on this diet since apparently it can cause counterproductive results, but I do know that a light workout is OK, which is a perfect excuse for me to not have to work too hard, ya know? I’m kinda one of those girls that doesn’t like to break her back if she doesn’t have to. ;) But in general I don’t mind doing some work if I am getting a good result for it. That’s one of the reasons I chose this diet. It was easy, cost effective, and didn’t take a lot of work…well, physical work that is. I spent many nights craving food I knew I couldn’t have, but that’s ok. I hopped on the scale today and I am sitting right around 173, so I am getting close to my goal weight, but I still probably have quite a bit left to go. My weight loss is finally picking back up again so hopefully it will stay that way. This girl doesn’t have forever!
